International Projects
The biographies, case studies and images provided in this section give students an introduction to an iconic international designer and/or project, and the design era or movement it was part of. Each case study is accompanied by further web-links, book and DVD references and you tube video clips. This section intends to provide an initial resource and stimulus to access further research material.
New Zealand Projects
A list of articles from the Landscape New Zealand journal are listed in this section under the eight design themes listed above and illustrate how New Zealand practitioners have been influenced by the international movements. These articles include critiques and reviews of built works, articles on award winning works, practical tips and interviews. The articles are provided in PDF format that can be downloaded and printed.
Lincoln University Student Projects
This section features project work from Lincoln University Landscape Architecture students, illustrating how their work has been influenced by particular designers and design movements.
