Sustainable / regenerative design

Entlebuch – Biosphere Reserve, Switzerland. Image: S. EgozThe Entlebuch Biosphere Centre is situated in the Agricultural Centre of Education and Consultation LBBZ in Schuepfheim, Switzerland.  The Centre’s location enables a close working relationship between the agriculture and forestry industries and the Centre itself. The following website lists the long-term aims of the Entlebuch Biosphere Reserve as “conservation, development and cooperation”. These goals include sustainable regional development and the conservation of the unique, protected natural and cultural landscapes, especially of the moorlands and karst areas.
