The rooms are spread over the two floors and laid out in pods of six. Each pod includes a kitchenette, one unisex toilet and two showers. There's also a separate communal lounge and laundry for all Centennial residents. A ground floor pod offers disabled access and bathroom facilities.

Since 2002, Hudson Hall has housed students in its west wing. The rest of the building is used for the Health Centre and other services.

Hudson is spread over three floors, with 25 bedrooms off a central corridor on each floor. There are male and female toilets, showers, a lounge and a kitchenette on each floor. A communal laundry is located on the ground floor.
