Postgraduate Certificates and Diplomas

Photo of a postgraduate in front of a map in the libraryPostgraduate certificates and diplomas are a good way to broaden existing knowledge and gain industry experience.

They are open to the holders of a related degree who can also satisfy English language requirements.

The programmes are flexible and can be customised to meet students needs and interests.

 

The course of study for a postgraduate certificate is 60 credits at the 600 level chosen from the courses listed in the relevant masters degree schedule.

Certificates can be completed in one semester of full-time study, or part-time with no time limit on completion.

It is possible, on completion of the certificate, to credit courses passed towards a diploma.

 

The course of study for a postgraduate diploma is 120 credits at the 600 level chosen from courses listed in the the relevant masters degree schedule.

It is possible to substitute a dissertation for 40 credits at the 600 level, with the permission of the Academic Co-ordinator.

Diplomas can be completed in two semesters of full-time study, or part-time with no time limit on completion.
