Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture)

  • 3 years
  • Full and part time
  • On campus

Nearly half of New Zealand’s export receipts come from primary industries, and the Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture) degree is a specialised, industry-focused degree that prepares students for leadership in the agricultural and horticultural sectors.

A feature of this degree is the teaching of real world examples through field trips and case studies, which provides a detailed understanding of commerce, management and production, in addition to specialist areas of study.

The degree offers three specialisations: in Agricultural (Farm) Management, Horticultural Management and Rural Valuation, as outlined in the schedules below.
