BCom (Hons) Graduation requirements

The graduation requirements for a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours is 120 credits of study, comprising three courses from appropriate schedules (worth 60 credits), a relevant research methods course (worth 20 credits), and a dissertation (worth 40 credits). No more than one special topic is allowed in an honours programme.

While part-time study is possible with a maximum time period of 2 years for completion, honours will normally be studied in two semesters (one year) of full-time study which is to be completed no more than 14 days following the final examination in the second semester. If part-time, then no later than 14 days after the completion of the final examination.
