Lincoln goes to London

Over 100 British-based Lincoln University graduates are gathering in New Zealand House, London, tonight (5 July), at a function hosted by the New Zealand High Commissioner, Jonathan Hunt.

The occasion is the official inauguration of a London branch of the Lincoln University Alumni Association.

Also present will be the Secretary-General of the Association of Commonwealth Universities, Dr John Rowett, Lincoln University’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Roger Field, and the Manager of the Lincoln University Alumni Association, Sarah Currie, who organised the gathering.

Lincoln University’s most prominent London-based alumnus, Commonwealth Secretary-General Don McKinnon, has a prior engagement but will meet the University party tomorrow (6 July).
