Lincoln University has been named an Education category finalist in the Vero Excellence in Business Support Awards associated with New Zealand’s largest event for business, the annual Small Business Expo.
Forty-five finalists in 11 categories will be competing for titles in the 2008 Vero Excellence in Business Support Awards, a key event held during the annual expo.
The winners will be announced at a gala dinner in Auckland on 17 April.
The awards are described by Small Businesses Minister Clayton Cosgrove as reflecting the innovation and drive of the country’s small businesses in continuing to set new benchmarks for others to aspire to. He says they celebrate excellence, encourage the sharing of information and highlight the mentoring role that experienced operators can play.
