Before you get to Lincoln University
- If you are a new or returning student you can register online for Lincoln University at www.lincoln.ac.nz/apply . Regestering/enrolling online will make the registration process on campus faster, this will mean less stress for you. Administration staff can assist you on site on 14-17 March. You can call 0800 10 60 10 or email enrol@lincoln.ac.nz before this date. As Friday 18th March has now been declared a provincial holiday to coincide with the national memorial service for the victims of the Christchurch earthquake, assistance with enrolment/ registration will be available at Student Administration, Forbes Building from Monday 14 March to Thursday 17 March. You will still be able to register yourself on-line on Friday 18 March. Students who try to register in the week beginning 21 March will only be allowed to register if they can obtain approval from the examiner of the relevant course.
- Lectures begin as usual from 8.30am on Monday 14 March. If you have not finished registration yet and your class is at this time please go to your class and register during your breaks.
- Course advisers will be available during the week beginning 14th March and some are available in the week before. If you are undecided about courses, we recommend that you attend lectures for those you are interested in, but ensure you make a decision and register by the 18 March.
- You can add swap and drop courses up to and including the 18th march.
- You will have three weeks from the 14th march to withdraw with a refund of fees. This is the normal period allowed.
- The previously advertised date for withdrawal without a refund will remain unchanged as 9 May.
- It is important that you register as soon as possible so that you have full access to the resources available on Moodle. (If required students can be given read-only access to Moodle by the lecturer or by the i-zone staff without being registered.)
- You can check your timetable and get your course outlines online.
