February 22 marks a year since the devastating earthquake hit the city of Christchurch. Although located away from the city itself, Lincoln University has staff and students who live in Christchurch and who have been impacted to a lesser or greater extent by the earthquake that day. Lives were lost and many more were changed by the events of February 22 2011 and the University will hold two minutes silence in remembrance.
Members of the University and wider community can join others in the Young Farmers’ Club Hall (15 on map) on campus from 12.45pm.
