Lincoln University and the New Zealand Plant Protection Society (NZPPS) have a longstanding association, with many shared research objectives, and an open exchange of information.
Ongoing collaboration is being strengthened by the deposit of Lincoln University-authored research outputs published by the Society, in the Lincoln University Research Archive.
The topics of mutual interest include the biology and management of weeds, pests and pathogens of plants, and beneficial organisms. Research papers written and presented at the annual conference are published in the scientific journal New Zealand Plant Protection, and focus on the New Zealand plant protection environment.
Lincoln University and the NZPPS both contribute funding to these endeavours, and encourage wider dissemination of this research for the benefit of all.
The records for each output are harvested by NZ Research and are easily located via Google and Google Scholar, highlighting the importance of the research and the value of this partnership.
