Our hearts go out to the Lincoln University whanau and the wider Canterbury community who have suffered loss in this earthquake.
All buildings on campus have been evacuated and staff and students on campus are safe.
Staff and students have been sent home for the day and alternative arrangements are being made for those without transport.
In order to allow time to inspect the buildings Lincoln University and subsidiary companies will be closed Wednesday 23rd February to all staff and students including English language and foundation studies.
We will provide an update on Wednesday 23rd February after 12 noon; this will include information regarding registration and the reopening of Lincoln University.
For our international friends and family please be assured that students and staff are safe and well. There has been no apparent damage on campus but we wish to ensure everybody's safety by undertaking due dilligence using qualified engineers.
For those students who have had exams disrupted these will be rescheduled at a later date. Students will be notified via email.
