Information for postgraduates

Photo of postgrads in discussion with their supervisorPostgraduate study is all about extending your qualifications by taking further, more advanced study.

Whatever your discipline, we want you to have the opportunity to develop skills that will help you work more effectively in your career and future studies.

Make the most of Lincoln's many services, resources and facilities to help and support postgraduate students with their studies, including assistance with proposal writing, writing the thesis, time management and more.

There are excellent research facilities available for students, and postgraduate students at Lincoln benefit from frequent contact with their supervisors, co-supervisors, associates and where appropriate, off-campus scientists and industry practitioners.

The University actively supports research students attending international conferences. These aim to improve learning and research habits and challenge postgraduates to think outside the square.

A Postgraduate Officer provides a voice for postgraduate students within the student association and works to facilitate communication between postgraduate students, the University and Lincoln University Students Association (LUSA).
