Tourism has become a cornerstone of the New Zealand economy at both the national and community levels. Tourism studies at Lincoln reflect the important social, cultural, environmental and commercial nature of this area. Our programmes emphasise a broad, multi-disciplinary, practical approach and incorporate such diverse areas as geography, sociology, psychology, commerce and environmental management. Our tourism research unit (TRREC) produces world-class research outputs, and our postgraduates are highly regarded around the globe.
