Postgraduate tutoring positions

Employment opportunities may be available to Lincoln University postgraduate students as part-time casual tutors to support the undergraduate learning environment.  Many of the faculties use postgraduate students to assist in the teaching of tutorials, marking of students’ assignments, and being available to students during set office hours.

Being a tutor provides postgraduate students with the opportunity to pass on their knowledge to undergraduate students and gain valuable presentation skills through teaching in a small class situation.

Appointment to these positions is dependant on a number of selection criteria and once selected, a casual tutor will be provided with training and support.

Research and Graduate Assistant positions within the divisions will be advertised here throughout the year when they are available. Alternatively, if you would like to make further enquiries, please contact the appropriate division.
