The Centre is conducting two x 2-day workshops in China on food safety and security.
The two workshops are on emerging challenges with emphasis on food microbes, food residues and food contaminants.
The first workshop is being held at Jinan University in Guangzhou on 11 and 12 April 2016 (brochure PDF 713KB) and the second workshop at Guangdong Ocean University, Zhanjiang on 14 and 15 April 2016 (brochure PDF 697KB).
Both these workshops are funded by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment funded under New Zealand – China Food Safety and Security Roadmap coordinated by Plant & Food Research.
