Halls' events and opportunities

At Lincoln we are very proud of our activity programme. We design programmes with diversity in mind and we try to produce events that everyone can participate in.

A major feature of our activity programme is our year long inter-hall challenge, much like house competitions at high school.

We run lots of events that provide opportunities to collect points for your Hall. The winning hall at the end of the term receives a special reward such as a trip to a Crusaders game, their own premier viewing of a new movie or a special dinner.

In 2012 there will be a number of events such as Silly Sports, the Beach Volleyball Competition, the Krypton Factor Challenge, Ski Day, Indoor Sports Competitions, Arts and Crafts and the Halls' Ball that will provide you with opportunities to be involved and entertained.

In addition to the hall events, we also have a number of work groups that provide participants with leadership opportunities and a chance to have a say in how the halls are run.

We have the Halls Residents' Committee, The Waste Minimisation Work Group and an international/kiwi student buddy system.
