Included in your flat is a phone line, wired broadband or wireless internet, power (to a set amount per month) and basic cleaning once a week. The rooms in the flats are single occupant and contain a single bed, mattress, desk, lamp, wardrobe, and a heater. New linen packs will be placed in each room, includes a mattress protector, sheets, pillow and pillow case, duvet and duvet cover, towel and bathmat. These belong to the student and can be taken at the end of the stay.
The self-catered accommodation is in two different areas of the University, The Crescent and The Farm Road Flats, Centennial Hall may also be self-catered depending on demand. All areas have their own free parking, barbeques and are minutes walk from the University Library.
