The Conference and Event Management Team offers a first class conference and/or event management service.

They can be involved in the management of an event as much, or as little, as required.

International Summer Courses

The Conference and Event Management Team also facilitates short courses for North American Groups over the Southern Hemisphere.

The Halls and Dining Room at Lincoln University provide accommodation and meals at competitive rates. Well in advance, the academic programme is developed with the visiting academic supervisor to achieve the requisite course credit hours. Groups can be US faculty- led, a programme can be developed using Lincoln University academics, or a combination of the two.

Programmes tend to be operated over four day per week, leaving long weekends to travel to and experience summertime adventure tourism in New Zealand. Lincoln University staff can accompany the group on these experiential long weekend visits to guide and provide background information.
