About personal training

1. What is it?

The science of teaching a client how to use their body correctly and efficiently in every action he or she might execute. This includes, but is not limited to, weight training and cardiovascular exercise. Personal training is frequently used for advances in sports specific training, rehabilitation (pre and post-surgery), weight loss, and general fitness. The best personal training is accomplished in individual sessions to ensure focus is placed on one client at a time

  • Personal training will help you to work out correctly and effectively
  • Your Personal trainer will motivate and inspire you, challenge and drive you toward your desired goal/s

Package options and prices

Our pricing for Personal Training varies for community, staff and student members.

We are able to do either hour or half hour training sessions.

Prices range from $25 for a half hour session for a student to $60 for a 1 hour session for a community or staff member.
