LUCAS is Lincoln University's online student enrolment system.
Are your details up-to date?
- Have your person details changed?
- Has your personal email address changed?
- If the answer is yes to any of the above please remember to update these details in LUCAS.
Have you setup your three secret questions?
If you are on campus you can set these up by going to https://selfservice.lincoln.ac.nz/secretquestions/SecretQuestions.asp
Once these are setup you can change your password even when you have forgotten your current password.
Forgotten your LUCAS password?
Your LUCAS password is the same as your computer logon password, and your email password.
If you have forgotten your password, please refer to: Passwords
If you are no longer a currently registered student at Lincoln University, contact the IT Service Desk (email@example.com) to get your LUCAS password reset.
Problems logging in?
You may experience issues logging into LUCAS if you have a language Pack other than English installed on your PC/laptop.
When the UserID and Password are displayed in a language other than English:
You may see an error after you have click on Sign In:
You will notice that the URL has the Language displayed: "languageCd=GER"
Change the 3 characters at the end of the URL to "ENG"
And the Username and Password should now display in English.
You should now be able to insert your Student Id and Password.
