Information Technology Services (ITS) provides a range of computing, telephony, audio-visual and photographic services to Lincoln University. ITS also provides IT asset management and IT project management services to the wider campus community.
ITS comprises five main functional groups: Administration, Applications Group, Customer Services, Infrastructure, and Project Office.

The Service Desk is the first point of contact when requiring IT assistance.
The Service Desk is open between 8.30am - 4.30pm weekdays and extended hours during term-time ( 8:00am - 5:30pm ).
