Support conditions
Because we are unable to control what may be running on a private computer or how it is configured, we are unable to guarantee that any particular option will work for you. Certain options require a minimum version of Windows and may not run on your computer for this reason. We are unable to offer support for non-English versions of Windows or non-Windows computers, although many of the remote access options may work with them and in some cases are listed here. Support is also limited in terms of the amount of time that Lincoln staff can spend on resolving any issues that you may encounter.
