Do the following if you want all emails sent to your LincolnUni email account to be automatically forwarded/redirected to another personal email account that you prefer to log into on a regular basis.
How to setup forwarding/redirection of LincolnUni email to another email account
| From your LincolnUni mailbox (http://webmail.lincolnuni.ac.nz or http://www.hotmail.com), select ‘Options’ (Top right) |

| Click on 'Create an Inbox Rule...' |

|
|
| Click the ‘New..’ button |
 |
|
|
| From the ‘* When the message arrives, and:’ field, select the drop-down button |
 |
|
|
Choose ‘[Apply to all messages]’ from the drop down list

|
|
| From the ‘* Do the following:’ field select the drop-down button |
 |
|
|
| Choose 'Redirect the message to...' |
 |
|
|
| Under 'Message recipients:' enter the email address you want to send your emails to in the 'To ->' field |
 |
|
|
| Click 'OK' |
 |
|
|
| Click 'Save' |
 |
