If your mobile phone is on the Tahi or a Flat Rate plan you may be eligible for a free upgrade.

Contact the ITS Service Desk (ithelp@lincoln.ac.nz) to request an upgrade. You will need to supply your mobile phone number and the model you wish to upgrade to.
Other plans
If you are not on the Tahi or a Flat Rate plan there will be a charge to upgrade your mobile phone.

Contact the ITS Service Desk (ithelp@lincoln.ac.nz) with details of which model you would like and a charge code for supply of the handset. Let us know if you would like to review the plan you are on. Telecom or our suppliers can review your usage and let us know if you're on the most appropriate plan.
