Secondary school students' study options
Several degree level courses are offered through secondary schools to enable senior students to make the transition from learning at school to learning at university level and in the process, to gain credits toward a university degree qualification. Further information is available from the Regional Education (Schools) Booklet (PDF 3 MB).
So how does it work?
Beginning mid February and early July, courses are delivered as a series of 12 learning modules. These are normally delivered as a series of classes outside school hours, in combination with private study.
A Certificate of Proficiency will be awarded for each successfully completed course.
