French Intern at the Centre

The Centre is currently hosting Olivia Touze, a Master’s student from Agrocampus Ouest, an Agronomy and Food Sciences research institute in France.  Olivia will be working as an intern with Dr Roland Harrison until February. While at Lincoln she is analyzing the concentration of tannins and anthocyanins in New Zealand Pinot Noir wines. She chose to work with Dr Harrison as a way to explore oenology, a field that she finds fascinating but had not before studied. She is thrilled to have this unique opportunity to travel to New Zealand, where she can participate at the forefront of New World wine research.
