Academic and Professional Background

A food technologist and microbiologist with professional work experience in food industry, research institutes and universities. Major research interests are in microbial biotechnology, foodborne pathogens, food safety and security, and microbial stress responses using advanced techniques such as proteomics, metabolomics and genomics.
