It offers advanced study and research in the fields that underpin agricultural production, science and management.
Candidates for the M.Agr.Sc. will have qualified for a Bachelor of Agricultural Science, Bachelor of Agricultural Science with Honours or equivalent.
Students will normally take a minimum of two academic years to complete a M.Agr.Sc. by examination and thesis.
Students will normally take a minimum of one academic year to complete the requirements of the degree.
The taught component comprises 120 credits selected from 600 level courses. The course of study must be approved by the Academic Co-ordinator having regard to coherence and relevance.
