Our wellbeing team are on hand to support you during your time at Lincoln University

Things not going well with study or some other aspect of your life? Are you worried about a friend? Or having second thoughts on whether being at uni is right for you?  We are here to help you. Make contact with our Wellbeing Manager or our Wellbeing Advisors at [email protected] or call us on 021 589 475. One of the Lincoln Wellbeing team will arrange a time to meet you and have a confidential discussion about any issues you are experiencing.  

If, for any reason, you can’t get hold of the Wellbeing Team – or if you’re calling after hours, or a friend needs urgent psychological support, just free phone or send a free text to 1737.

  • Experiences of harassment or bullying 
  • Difficulty with studies or staff 
  • Getting support and or investigating sexual harm, harassment, abuse, or violence

The Wellbeing and International Support Team in Hudson are here to help you enjoy your time at Lincoln. Here are some of the wellbeing resources you can count on to help you while you study at Lincoln University, as well as helping your overall wellbeing as you turn your dreams and aspirations into reality. 

Any time you want to talk to someone from the Wellbeing and International Support team about something that is happening in your life and that is causing you worry or distress, you’ll find us in Hudson on Level 2.

After-hours medical support

If you need help for a medical issue after hours, either dial 111 for an ambulance or call 03 325 3835 to talk to a health professional. This is an after-hours service so there could be a delay, but your call will be answered.
