  1. Effectively manage the completion of self-directed assignments.
  2. Further practise and develop the conventions of written and oral academic expression.
  3. Find, evaluate, and predominantly self-select, use and reference academic sources.
  4. Begin to develop an awareness of the importance of evidence-based argument and critical thinking in an academic context.
