Graduating in person

Find out everything you need to know about graduating in person at the annual Ceremony.

Choosing to graduate 'in person' means you will attend the annual Graduation Ceremony.

Lincoln University holds two graduation ceremonies - one in the morning for Faculty of Agribusiness and Commerce graduands and one in the afternoon for graduands of the Faculties of Environment, Society and Design and Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Each ceremony runs for approximately one and a half to two hours and is preceded by a procession from the Arts Centre to the Christchurch Town Hall where the Graduation Ceremony is held.

To make the most of your day, and for details on the professional photographer and frames, please see our tips and advice page.

Any friends and family who are unable to be with you on the day are invited to watch online. The video of the ceremonies will remain available on the Graduation Ceremonies Online page.
