International Orientation

Join us for international students' orientation to get the best start to your Lincoln experience and enjoy your time in New Zealand.

When: 2.30 - 4pm, Friday 8 November 2024
Where: S2 & foyer, Stewart Building (Campus Map)
Who: All new-to-Lincoln international students and your friends and family
What it means to you:
  • Meet International Student Advisors
  • Connect with other new international students
  • Get useful information about international support services
  • Get tips to help settle in Lincoln and NZ (insurance/student health/bank, etc.)
  • Ask questions in person

It is compulsory for all new international students to attend the orientation. Registration is required. You will receive an email invitation to register for both International Orientation and Rā Whakawhanaukataka | Orientation Day. If you haven’t signed up yet through the email, don't worry. You can use the registration link on this page. Please remember to register for both events.

What to expect on the day

Friends and family are welcome

We understand that friends and family are an important part of your journey and they are welcome to come along during Preparation Week and other orientation events to support you. We have a designated area on campus where your family or friends (whānau) can relax when you may be busy finishing up your enrolment or attending an orientation event.
