Landscape Architecture
As a landscape architect, you'll help to shape our natural landscapes to suit different purposes. Your work will reflect who we are as a society, as well as how we live and express ourselves.
In 1969, we founded New Zealand’s first professional landscape architecture qualification and have been leading the way ever since.
Work with some of the world's leading practitioners and learn the most up-to-date industry techniques in our internationally recognised School of Landscape Architecture (SOLA).
After graduating, you'll get the chance to influence people's lifestyles by designing the environments in which communities live.
Your growth as a designer will be guided by industry leaders and place you in high demand with employers, due to Lincoln graduates' outstanding reputations in the field.
Our Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Master of Landscape Architecture (Taught) and Master of Landscape Architecture (Research) are accredited by the New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects (NZILA). Graduates are eligible to become registered professionals and are highly sought-after in public and private sectors in Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia and further afield.
You can find more about the School of Landscape Architecture in the SOLA Yearbook.
Our Programmes
Our landscape architecture qualifications include plenty of opportunities for practical work experience, from team projects in the lab to individual assignments at private companies.
