Whistleblower
Our whistleblower email address is an anonymous way to make a complaint about suspected unethical behaviour such as fraud, corruption, harassment or bullying. We support this as an anonymous reporting tool and will review if this process is the most appropriate way to address the issues reported. The email address is: whistleblower@lincoln.ac.nz .
Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
Lincoln University collects information and images via Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras installed at various sites (campus and Farms) for the following purposes:
- Security and loss prevention
- As a deterrent to vandalism and criminal activity
- To protect University property and the property of staff, students, tenants, and members of the public
- To assist with the investigation(s) of safety or security incidents involving staff, tenants, students, or members of the public
Collection, storage, use and sharing of information and images collected from CCTV is pursuant to Lincoln University’s CCTV Policy and Privacy Policy.
Payment data
Transactions are processed using Windcave online gateway. Your credit card data is secured during transit and at rest using industry standard encryption meeting PCI, ISO, and SOC2 Security Standards for which Windcave is compliant.
