Course overview

This course teaches students how to use the R programming language to import, clean, visualise, and analyse data. Students will also learn tools to work collaboratively and develop skills to construct compelling data-driven narratives using statistical reasoning and methods.

What you will learn

After successfully completing this course, students will be able to: 

  • Analyse and visualise data using ggplot2.
  • Apply tidy data principles for basic data analysis.
  • Create bespoke reports using R, combining code, images, and text seamlessly.
  • Create dynamic reports and use Git for collaborative analysis
