You’ll be introduced to the principles of the valuation of all major forms of real estate, industry structure, valuation standards and methodologies.

What you will learn

After successfully completing this course, you’ll be able to:

  1. Describe, list, and explain the Professional Standards and Codes of Ethics to which a valuer must conform.
  2. Identify and define the physical and legal components of the property being valued.
  3. Demonstrate the selection and use of appropriate valuation methods.
  4. Show the appropriate application and reconciliation of the three approaches to valuation.
