- Describe, list, and explain the Professional Standards and Codes of Ethics to which a valuer must conform.
- Identify and define the physical and legal components of the property being valued.
- Demonstrate the selection and use of appropriate valuation methods.
- Show the appropriate application and reconciliation of the three approaches to valuation.
