After successfully completing this course, you’ll be able to:
- Evaluate the impact of different processes and technologies on food products
- Describe and appraise the application of novel food processes and technologies
- Analyse the engineering principles involved in processing and storage of foods
- Collate, critically review, and communicate information effectively in written and oral form to layman and expert audiences.
