  1.  Independently develop an appropriate, multi-scalar approach to a complex design project brief, drawing upon a range of theoretical and professional sources.
  2. Evaluate design ideas using an appreciation of existing site conditions, dynamic natural processes and bi-cultural values.
  3. Design a realistic, innovative, conceptually sophisticated master plan that is both technically sound and critically grounded.
