What you will learn

After successfully completing this course, you’ll be able to:

  1. Demonstrate comprehensively understanding of the role of logistics in a global business environment.
  2. Describe the different parts of the logistical system and analyse how they work.
  3. Evaluate the functions of logistics in a wider supply chain context, both nationally and internationally, explain the role of the logistics function and its integration with other business functions within a firm.
  4. Analyse and recommend improvements to the logistics and distribution functions within an organisation.
