What you will learn

After successfully completing this course, you’ll be able to:

  1. Identify and explain the forces that influence the property market.
  2. Analyse quantitative and qualitative information from a range of both primary and secondary sources when conducting a market analysis.
  3. Distinguish between demand and supply components when evaluating the various property markets.
  4. Compile a property market study.
