What you will learn

After successfully completing this course, you’ll be able to:

  1. Explain how to develop effective marketing strategies for all classes of property including methods of sale and leasing in both residential and commercial real estate.
  2. Describe the structure of the real estate industry the legislation, licensing, and code of conduct under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.
  3. Drafting sale and purchase agreements and agreement to lease documents for various property.
  4. Demonstrate knowledge of the listing process including appraising and inspecting property.
