What you will learn
After successfully completing this course, you’ll be able to:
- Explain how to develop effective marketing strategies for all classes of property including methods of sale and leasing in both residential and commercial real estate.
- Describe the structure of the real estate industry the legislation, licensing, and code of conduct under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.
- Drafting sale and purchase agreements and agreement to lease documents for various property.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the listing process including appraising and inspecting property.
