What you will learn

After successfully completing this course, you’ll be able to:

  1. Write and speak logically about contemporary issues surrounding the study of sport, physical activity, fitness and health.
  2. Undertake independent research by collecting, analysing and critically evaluating data related to a specific aspect of sport, physical activity, fitness or health.
  3. Analyse studies and relevant published academic material in sport, physical activity and fitness.
  4. Discuss methods used for research into sport, physical activity, fitness and health.
