Structures and Land Surfaces
A course that introduces you to the range of engineering design concepts applied to structures and land surfaces.
|Available semesters||Semester 2 2022|
What you will learn
After successfully completing this course, you’ll be able to:
- Describe landform surfaces using contours, spot heights and gradients with regard to the implications and effects of different gradients on land surfaces and structures.
- Identify the physical characteristics of common building materials and how their use influences design decisions.
