CBRE Chris Barraclough Memorial Scholarship - Land and Property

This scholarship is aimed at supporting emerging talent to excel in their property studies and memorialise the vast contribution Chris made to the property industry.

CBRE is one of the largest real estate firms in the world with over 100,000 employees in 480+ offices in over 100 countries. CBRE (including Telfer Young from CBRE) employs over 390 people across 19 locations in New Zealand providing the full range of real estate services including valuation, agency, agri-services, debt and equity, property management, research, building depreciation & cost consultancy, structured transactions & advisory services and marketing.

This scholarship has been founded by CBRE in memory of Chris Barraclough, a stalwart of the New Zealand property and valuation fraternity, and a champion of CBRE Valuation. Applicants who have successfully passed their first 18 months of study towards the Bachelor of Land and Property Management degree are eligible to apply.
