Colliers Rural and Agribusiness Valuation Scholarship

The Colliers Rural and Agribusiness Valuation Scholarship is available to a third or fourth year student studying towards a degree specialising in Valuation.

Colliers Rural Valuation is the leading rural valuation practice in New Zealand. Currently employing ten registered rural valuers nationwide and five graduate rural valuers working and gaining experience towards their registration. With over 200 years of combined rural valuation experience amongst our team, graduates have extensive scope to learn and develop skills in all facets of rural valuation.

 

Our clients span the entire nation including corporate, multi-property, crown, and individual property owners.  Colliers Rural Valuation is known for our ability to value complex land valuations, compensation valuations, and senior valuers have given expert evidence in litigation cases. We have rural valuation offices based in Tauranga, Nelson, Blenheim, and Christchurch and offer flexibility to our employees in terms of working location to develop sector knowledge and accommodate long term goals. 

 

As a privately owned company (although aligned with a multinational), Colliers Rural Valuation offers the opportunity to advance graduates careers and in the long term become a shareholder or Director of the company.

 

This scholarship has been established since 2013 to encourage and reward excellence for students wishing to develop a career in rural land valuation.

Availability

  • Available to a third or fourth year student studying towards the Bachelor of Land and Property Management degree specialising in Valuation.
  • Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents.
  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate a preference for a career in the rural land and property sector.
