Selection Criteria
- Academic achievement
- Aspiration for pursuing a career in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage or Commercial Valuation
- Community involvement
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Personal drive and the potential to succeed.
Eligibility
- New Zealand citizens or Permanent Residents
- Enrolled full-time in Year 3 of a Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University
- Cumulative Grade point average (GPA) of at least 5.00 is required for scholarship consideration.
