Lincoln University Aoraki Doctoral Scholarship for Māori
This scholarship was established in 2020 to demonstrate our commitment to Kaupapa and Rakahau Māori and our commitment to supporting Māori students embarking on a doctoral programme.
- To be eligible to apply for this scholarship you require a conditional offer of admission at Lincoln University at the time the scholarship applications close (1st October). To ensure you have a conditional offer by this date, you need to commence applying for PhD study at least 4 months prior.
- To be eligible to be considered, you cannot be a current enrolled Lincoln University Doctoral student.

Tuition fees plus $30,000 stipend
Selection Criteria
- Academic merit
- A minimum grade point average equating to an A- (80%) average
- Research experience or other experience relevant to completing a doctorate.
Availability
- For Māori only
- Available to New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.
