This Graduate Certificate is the only language bridging programme of its kind offered by a New Zealand university, and is also a CUAP-approved qualification. New Zealand university courses generally require an English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5, which is delivered by the Graduate Certificate in Academic English.

If you want to enter the Graduate Certificate in Academic English, but don’t yet meet the required English Language admission standard, you can enrol in Lincoln’s English Language Programme first.
