Mils is working hard to get Kiwis on farms

The Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Management graduate stepped out of the sports field to secure the role as a project manager at Federated Farmers.

She works on the "Get Kiwis on Farms" campaign to encourage new workers into the industry, and said she enjoyed meeting a huge range of people from different backgrounds and helping them get into agriculture.

Federated Farmers is working with the Ministry of Social Development to help people impacted by COVID-19 or job seekers, to long-term employment.

A Future Leader Scholar at Lincoln, Mils played a key role in helping other students to cope and take care of themselves during the COVID pandemic.

She collected her degree at the on-campus celebration event in May and will be attending Friday's Graduation Celebration to have her hard work and achievements recognised.
